Argyll House, Oban

Despite the best efforts of the weather, making lugging the suitcases interesting, I found a fire exit just across from the room, so it was easier to get bags down compared to the other properties we had stayed in while traveling. However, the room was small, dirty, had holes in the walls, and peeling wallpaper.

The hotel offers a pleasant stay with spacious, clean rooms overlooking Oban town, providing great value for money. The service was friendly and accommodating, with helpful staff. The location is convenient, just a short walk to the city center. The dining options were good overall, with some highlight dishes. The facilities were well-kept and enjoyable.
